This is the second time I've done business with your company, and in both instances you have shown me a kind gesture. The first time a free half bar sample, and this time you added the eight bar at no charge. Some people understand business. I was born in 1954, and there was a time when you not only knew the people you did business with but there was also a personal relationship. You might see them at the diner or at church. In this day of the internet you not only don't know who are dealing with but you sometimes feel that your dealing with something and not someone. I notice your notes are hand written.
