We now offer 4 sizes of our 100% Natural Hot/Cold Herbal Therapy Pack - made with 9 herbs and rice and flax seed as heat conductors. They are great for tired, aching muscles, menstrual cramps, arthritis to name a few. When heated in the microwave, each will provide approx. 45 min. of cord-free, soothing and relaxing heat and aromatherapy. They can also be spritzed with water and placed in the freezer for cool relief. The Regular Soothe 'em SACK ($12) is 16" x 6" and approx. 2 lbs. The Extra Long SACK ($16) is 26"x 6" long and weighs over 3 lbs. The Soothe 'em PACK ($16) which is similar but a 13" x 16" rectangle, perfect for laying over/under a sore back or wrapping around an arm, knee or leg. And for smaller aches and pains, we have recently added the Mini-Pack ($7) which is 9"x 6". (All measurements are taken while cutting the bags - prior to stitching and filling.)
